I’m Emma Roberts, founder of SocialQual. I use facilitation and evaluation to help organisations listen better, make clearer decisions and turn insight into action.
My work brings people together to understand what is and isn’t working in their programmes, services and strategies. I help teams to identify what needs to happen next. I create thoughtful, equitable spaces where evidence becomes useful, and where people can be honest, curious and brave enough to learn.
I love the diversity of her work and has a passion for projects that support women and girls.
